Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

HUD’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP-1) is providing targeted emergency assistance to state and local governments to acquire and redevelop foreclosed properties that might otherwise become sources of abandonment and blight within our community.
