The Housing Authority’s philosophy in carrying out its mission and goals is to operate with a deep sense of commitment – commitment to the needs of low-income families and others of the community with whom we work and on whom we depend – this must be coupled with a business-like approach to the operation – and must be and remain financially solvent in order to carry out our mission and goals.
